Ketut was back on the scene up at Canggu today. The waves were coming through in the waist to chest high range, around 2-3ft, with a solid offshore wind blowing most of the morning. Bit on the small side compared to earlier in the week, but still a few runners to be had if you were in the right spot.
Wind was a bit strong at times, ruffling things up, but the sandbars were holding some shape.
It’s now 6:30pm tonight in Bali, the air temp’s sitting around 29°C with 72% humidity, and a steady 19kph breeze blowing in from the southeast. Looking ahead to tomorrow, we’ve got a low tide at 8:57am sitting on 1.2m, then a high tide peaking at 1.9m around 3:40pm, before dropping out again to 0.9m for the night low at 10:34pm.
Just as forecast, today was a bit smaller on the wave front, and we’re expecting another soft day tomorrow. But hang in there, a new swell is lining up to arrive on Thursday, pushing through into the weekend before tapering off early next week. Might be a good time to tick off a few jobs around the house before things start pumping again.
The is showing a few small days now before a new swell kicks in on Wednesday. So maybe get some jobs done around the house.
If you are heading over don’t forget to drop us a line about surf trips or accommodation! Ketut has been scooting a few guests around to the pick of the spots :)
