26th August to 1st September 2025
The last stretch of August into September brought steady conditions across Bali’s coasts. On Tuesday 26th August, the East Coast was serving up 3–4ft of clean, sunny waves with offshore wind holding it together and about 15 surfers in the lineup. By Thursday 28th August, the East Coast picked up to around 4ft under cloudy skies, with 20 people enjoying offshore groomed peaks.
Shifting to Sunday 31st August, Canggu was the call with around 3ft of fun, sunny waves. The Sandbar was especially crowded with surfers packed in, while the other peaks spread the crowd slightly. By this morning, 1st September, Keramas joined the run with 3ft of clean walls, offshore wind, and around 15 surfers out mid-morning. The sun was out both days, giving a fitting end to the month with consistent, rideable conditions across both the west and east coasts.
Weather
This afternoon in Bali it’s sitting at 30°C with scattered clouds, feeling closer to 33°C, with southeast winds around 19 km/h.
Surf Forecast
Looking ahead, the surf forecast shows small but steady surf for the coming days. Tuesday and Wednesday will hold around the waist-to-chest high mark, though periods are dropping slightly with Wednesday looking less powerful. The swell dips Thursday before building into the weekend, with Friday onwards showing potential for for decent waves, offshore winds, and cleaner conditions. Uluwatu and the Bukit reefs should handle the bigger lines best, while the East Coast will remain fun and workable during the morning offshores.
