Keramas Surf Report – Tuesday 14 January 2026
Keramas served up a clean and playful morning with waves in the 2 to 3 foot range, offering fun conditions for the early crew. The session kicked off around 7am on a high tide, with the reef handling the smaller swell nicely and producing smooth, workable walls. It wasn’t big, but it was clean and consistent enough to keep things enjoyable through the morning.
Conditions were solid early with light offshore winds and a bit of cloud cover keeping things comfortable in the water. Around 20 surfers were out by 8am, spread across the lineup without it feeling too hectic.
Overall it was one of those classic Keramas mornings where timing was everything. The high tide and light offshore setup made the most of a smaller swell and rewarded anyone who got in early.
Weather & Tides
As of this afternoon in Bali, it’s overcast with thunderstorms around and very humid conditions. Temperatures are sitting in the mid 20s, with strong westerly winds pushing through and reduced visibility at times during heavier showers. It feels unsettled and stormy heading into the evening, with rain continuing on and off tonight.
Tomorrow morning, the tide builds toward a high of 1.4m at 10:02am, before going to a low at 2:26pm of 1.2m.
Surf Forecast
The short term swell forecast outlook stays on the smaller side but workable when the winds behave. There is no major swell pulse on the doorstep, but a steady mix of south west energy should keep Keramas ticking over in the 2 to occasionally 3 foot range. The key will be timing the lighter winds and tides, with early mornings offering the best chance of clean conditions before the onshore flow and storm activity kick back in.
Later in the period there are signs of a slight lift in energy, though nothing dramatic at this stage. If that swell fills in as expected, Keramas could see a bit more push on the higher tides, especially if the winds ease back to light offshore in the mornings. Something big perhaps showing in a weeks time.
