Bali Surf Report – March 28 2008

**** EVENING SURF UP-DATE **** Hello crew and thanks for stivking around to see whats been happening surf and weather wise here in Bali today. Well as I’ve mentioned in the previous reports today I was up in the mountains checking out the progress at Datah Primary School . So I never got in my morning surf recon of the Outer Reef.

But I did make it back in time for a sunset surf check . There were actually a few small waves in the 1-2ft+ range breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left . With surfers riding em on Kuta and Middle Reef. Wind direction was coming cleanly off-shore outta the ESE @ 1-3knot while the tide was still running out.

Tomorrow I won’t be posting a morning surf report either because it’s time to make the most of this dying swell by doing another road surf trip . So the boys from here at Home Base in Tuban and myself will be hitting the road at around 4.30am. Hopefully I’ll manage to snap ya’s some new photos to load up when we get back to HB.

Weather wise today I can’t exactly say how it was in the Kuta area but it was a clear day up in the mountains for the most of it.

I’ll also try and get everyone that’s been involved with our “SCHOOL PROJECT” brought up to date with the progress up at Datah Primary School as soon as I can get the time to type up a report and edit the latest photos from today’s trip.

Plus the boys from the KANDUI SURF RESORT up in the Mentawai islands have sent us through some more surf reports and photos and I’ll also get those on line for ya’s shortly.
