****MORNING SURF UP-DATE**** And a very good morning to everyone tuning into the baliwaves this morning and it is a good looking day coming on again for everyone that’s kicking back on holidays here in Bali.
I was down the beach early today and at 6.30AM there was still a few nice little waves breaking on the Outer Reefs in the 1-3ft range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Well to be precise Middle Reef was turning out some chest to head high plus peelers. The tide was still too low for Kuta Reef or Airport Left, maybe when the tide does fill back in Airports will have a waist to chest high plus wave breaking.
Wind direction was coming outta the NNW @ 1.2knot so surfing conditions were basically still clean and glassy.
Tide wise the first of those is going to be a 2.3mtr High around 11.30AM and then followed up with a 0.3mtr Low around 5.30pm.
Looking for a wave this morning Canggu would probably have a few clean waves in the chest to head high plus range, but I wouldn’t be expecting to not be crowded. Further up the West Coast places like Balian and Medewi would also have some clean waves for the early riser. Over on the East Coast you could try Nusa Dua then work your way North to Padang Galak or go all the way to Keramas. Then again you could just kick back at the hotel for a lazy breakfast then head down the beach for a swim, why not.
Weather wise , perfect blue sky and heading for a top temperature of around 33 degree’s.
Water Temperature ; 23 – 24 degree’s Celsius.

Exchange Rates ; Well the way the Australian dollar has been crashing the last couple of weeks it’s been hard to say what it’s doing today but it would be still ranging between Rp7,450 – Rp7,500 depending on location. While the US$ is still pretty stable at Rp9,050.
And just a reminder that we still have some original baliwaves.com T-Shirts (AU$15.00) and FREE stickers available for ya’s here in Bali so drop me a line.
