BALI / INDONESIA
9th – 10th June 2019
Hello surfers and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (The original Bali surf report since back in 1999) Make sure you keep on reading for more information on cheap surfers accommodation, surf, tide and weather info, discounts into G-Land and lots of other stuff.
Ok so like I mentioned yesterday it was pretty small on the 9th so I got caught up at home, I love Sunday’s at home. But yesterday the 10th we were back out on the road hunting for un crowded waves and clean conditions. So we ended up down on the South Eastern end of the island and pretty well found exactly what we were looking for. There was no one else in the water when we eventually turned up at 7.30AM but we were soon joined by half a dozen others, which was fine.
As it shows in our latest photo gallery wave height was mainly in the 3-4ft class but I did get cleaned up by a couple of double head high sets at one point. Good fun waves peeling off for up to 100mtrs+ with clean off shore wind early before turning cross shore around 9.00AM.
Weather wise it was hot and sunny.
This morning the 11th and we are expecting to see some solid swell start to show on our reefs and beaches this morning. It’s now just gone 4.55AM so it won’t be much longer before we find out what we have. I do know that it’s just started to rain here in South Kuta. Stay tuned for our “Bali Morning n Surf n Weather Report shortly via our Twitter Feed on baliwaves Home Page.
Oh yeah Dept, don’t forget to take a look at our latest VIDEO CLIP on the Home Page, you should see some recognizable stuff in there.
