Yesterday the 7th and Ketut was spot on with his forecast of super clean and glassy 3-4 footers. This particular break tends to offer more barrels through the lower high tides of middle moon. Local (Legian) surfer Tonyo also knows that rule of thumb and was clocking up a lot of tube time. Nice to see a little color coming out in the photos, sunshine.
Today the 8th and our Team has returned back to where they scored yesterday. Speaking with Ketut this morning he reckons at just after sun rise wave height was still in the 2-4ft range. Clean and glassy conditions, mostly blue sky and 10 surfers on rotation.
The next tide today in Bali will be a 1.59mtr High at 10.11am The followed by a very ordinary 0.92mtr Low at 3.17pm.
Tomorrow’s Surf Forecast is saying there should still be a few waves early similar to today before backing off a little through the afternoon. The wind could be interesting early and could be worth getting up for before it dedicates to the WSW-SSW at some stage of the day.
Ok Ketut and I hope you enjoy today’s photo gallery and it helps to get you thinking of hitting Bali this year. Drop us a line and come surf and stay with our crew, cheers.
BTW, Ketut is still taking surfers to find their best Bali waves while I’m caught up in hospital. So drop us a line and you can be cruising with Ketut and all his local surf friends when ever you are ready. God knows my family are going to be down deep in Dr / hospital bills when the smoke clears.
