****AFTERNOON SURF UP DATE****
Howdy folks and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (’99) for today’s news on surfing and weather conditions from here on the best value for tropical surfing holiday dollar destination of Bali. Especially with the Aussie dollar still over the Rp9,000. mark.
This mornings 6.30AM surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban had wave height slightly smaller but still in that knee to waist high plus sector. At the time surfing conditions were clean and glassy with only a slight Northerly semi breeze. There were surfers in the water at Airport Left and on Middle Reef having some fun I suppose. And I’m sure there would have been a few early waves for the crew down at Uluwatu.
As today’s photo gallery shows, with the early morning Northerly wind we headed back to Canggu to find wave height in the waist to head high range with the occasional slightly bigger freak set hitting the right hander on the river mouth. There were a few surfers in the water on the river mouth and the sand bar, but still plenty of waves going through un ridden.
Weather wise we’ve had a pretty nice sort of day, mainly just hot and sunny around this part of the island. Currently right now at 1.45PM the outside temperature is sitting on 29 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is on 79%. Wind direction is coming out of the West at 8-10knot+.
Lets get back on the…
