****AFTERNOON SURF UP DATE****
Hi folks and thanks for calling by the baliwaves.com (since 1999) for the absolute latest on today’s surfing and weather conditions from here on the best value for dollar tropical surfing holiday destination of BALI.
Starting off the day with our mandatory morning (6.45AM) surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban. At the time it was already looking like we had a new swell starting to show with chest to head high and the occasional slightly better sized set wave. Clean and glassy surfing conditions with the wind just starting to come up out of the East.
This afternoon with the combination of the Low end of the tide and we are starting to see a little bit better size again. Middle Reef here in Tuban is peeling off some nice waves. And after a quick confirmation check on the Impossible’s Surf Cam there does indeed to be plenty of straight lines hitting that part of the reef. Ketut is also down that way on location at Uluwatu, to shoot more of the Racetrack and it’s jockeys. So as soon as he gets back to home base we’ll get you a fresh photo gallery.
I’ve also been handed a couple of deep tube ride sequences from the G-Land Surf Camp in house surf photographer and we’ll get those loaded up ASAP as well.
The next tide today is going to be a 1.9mtr High at 9.50PM.
Weather wise there was some early morning left over cloud still hanging around, before turning out to be just another mainly hot and sunny one here in Bali. Currently right now at 4.45PM the outside temperature is sitting on 28 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is on 74%, Wind direction is coming out of the SE at 15-18knot.
Changing dollars to Rupiah on the streets of Kuta this morning and the Aussie dollar was looking very good with — 1AU$=Rp9,575 — All the more reason to choose Bali for your next surfing vacation. Please while your here give our advertisers some support cause I know they are all offering you guys and girls only the best.
