****MORNING SURF UP-DATE****
G’Day crew and welcome back to your baliwaves.com, your eye’s in Bali for the latest surfing and weather info on the holiday island.
This mornings 7.00am surf recon of the Outer reefs here in Tuban was still only showing wave height in the 1-2ft range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Pretty much the same as yesterday if anything. Surfing conditions are clean and smooth, best conditions for a paddle should be after the tide starts to run back out.
Wind direction is coming out of the E-ESE @ 3-6knot and blowing straight off-shore from Kuta to Uluwatu. But I’d imagine the Tradewind will kick in and increase in strength through out the morning.
Tidal info for today we have a 1.9mtr High @ 9.00am and then she’ll be running back out for a 0.7mtr low around 3.00pm
Looking for a wave today, well I’d be heading back up to Balian as thats where the most swell is showing at the moment. Locally Uluwatu would be the second best option, plus you might find a small wave up along the beach breaks of Kuta to legian on the top of the tide. I’ve also heard Keramas has been getting 2-3ft+ waves through the morning before the wind kicks in, but with up to 40 surfers in the line-up by 8.00am. We’ve also had another sms surf report from the G-Land Surf Camp this morning with a call of 2-3ft+ waves breaking on Kongs.
Weather wise we’ve got another top day for the beach lovers coming on, nothing but blue sky with an expected top temperature of around 33 degree’s Celsius.
Swell Forecasters are calling for nothing but wave height to be ranging in the 2-3ft+ sector for the majority of this week. Hopefully towards Friday we’ll see some slightly bigger stuff on the Premier breaks of Bali.
Ok crew have a good one and don’t forget ya’s can drop us a line if you need any info that might make your next Bali Holiday run a little bit smoother.
Thanx
Slim
I would like to see some shots showing the whole lone up. Your close up shots are great but some variety would add some more interest.
