This stylish twin hulled “cat’ with 2 big powerful engines and fully equipped sails is just the ticket to get away from it all with family or friends on a private charter. The Moggy can comfortably sleep 6 passengers with double and single berths (cabins). She has a big dinning salon and plenty of shaded space on deck to kick back and relax. I was lucky enough to get invited along with a group of good friends for a day trip over to Nusa Lembongan to sample what the Moggy has to offer and I have to say that everyone in our group was totally stoked with the service the Captain and his crew provided for us.

Leaving Bali at 9.00AM for an easy cruise over to Nusa Lembongan where the boys quickly waxed up our boards and hit the surf while the girls jumped in for a swim. While we were doing our thing the Captain and crew were busy preparing an absolute feast of food for us. There were tender steaks, chicken fillets, roast pork, seafood skewers, salads, vegetables, tropical fruit platters plus all the free flow soft drink water and beer you could ask for.

After lunch we pulled the anchor and sailed around the island into the small straight between the islands of Lembongan and Penida to a beautiful tucked away secret cove where we anchored up again and everyone jumped in for a snorkel. The water so clear and full of tropical fish and coral it was amazing, after drying off it was reluctantly time to start our trip back to Bali, sailing into the harbor just on sunset. Non of us wanted to get off the boat that’s for sure.
