Hi peeps and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves (The one and only original Bali surf report website since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on your first choice tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Here are 50 quality photos that we shot here on the West side of the island yesterday the 3rd. And fk me how is the opening barrel that the boss of Dylan Surfboards pulled into and come out of, insane or what. To tell you the truth there are a lot more photos in that sequence and Dylan actually surfed that one right across to the Sand bar section, now that’s something rarely seen.
The surf has been pumping here on the West Coast and thanks to the contest scene running on the East Coast the numbers in the water have been relatively low.
Today the 4th and we had to go back to the same place and today was pretty much the same with pumping 3-4ft+ left and rights with an early morning off shore wind. When the SE Trade wind eventually kicked in around 10.45AM the waves did get a little bit messy but as always the early bird gets the worm.
Weather wise it’s been fantastic here on Bali’s West Coast with non stop blue sky and sun shine, not to mention cranking waves with off shore wind all day long (ENE – ESE – SE). Right now at 4.00PM the outside temperature is a pleasant 32 degree’s Celsius with the Humidity at 69%. Wind direction is coming out of the SE at 8-12knot.
