BALI / INDONESIA
4th – 5th November 2019
Hello surfers and lovers of Bali and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (Bringing you all the good things from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Ok well we have had a fairly solid couple of days surfing some super fun but solid waves at one of my old favorite locations. Wave height has been ranging in the slightly over head all the way up to triple head high. Low numbers in the water due to the access, wave size and very strong currents I guess. But if you can handle some constant paddling the rewards were well worth it. Oh yeah and if you don’t mind getting some solid waves on the head from time to time that helps as well.
Weather wise it’s been a warm and sunny start to our surfing week here in Bali. Early morning wind light out of the NW before turning South. Today we had similar wind pattern but the wind decided to dedicate to the West by midday.
Tomorrow’s Swell forecast is showing a slight drop in wave height but with a new swell direction from the WSW with a slightly longer period. The wind looks like it’s going to be light and variable and we might see a little more West again through the afternoon.

Good Value Tip, Right now here in Bali and right across Indonesia it’s Mango season and if you know where to shop for fresh fruit you will buy these delicious morsels for around Rp10,000 – 15,000 per kilogram. It’s Mango fever time at my place I tell ya
