Sorry but I forgot to load these images from the East Coast we shot on the 9th. Good fun sized waves at Keramas in the 2-4ft range.
This mornings surf check on the Outer reefs of Tuban was showing a dip in wave height. At 8.30am the waves were in the chest to well over head class between Kuta Reef and Airport left. The wind was still fluctuating from NE-to E while I was on the beach but has since dedicated to the ESE-SE in true Tradewind fashion. Kuta Reef had a few clean waves in the head high range wrapping onto the living coral reef and peeling off for maybe 75mtrs. Senna or Second reef was picking up a touch more size but no where near the class of Kuta Reef. Further South Middle Reef was picking up the biggest waves as always. Wave height was a fairly constant head to well over head high but the high tide wasn’t doing Middle’s any favors. Airport Left was in the 3-3ft plus range and it looked to be pretty busy.
Weather wise today, Overnight and early morning rain left us a mostly overcast morning. Right now at 12.30pm it’s still mostly overcast with some patches of bright blue and heat. Temperature wise it’s a warm and humid 30C with the Humidity at 79%. Wind direction is SE @ 10-12knot.
The next tide today in Bali will be a 0.4mtr Low at 2.41pm. Full Moon rising on the 14th.
Tomorrows Surf Forecast is showing a bump in size tomorrow morning. Early morning light and variable wind before the E-ESE dedication around mid morning. The afternoon is looking like the wind will be pretty strong off shore along the West Coast and strong on shore on the East Coast.
