Hello Bali people and we have been busy out there trying to track down the best waves again over the last few days. Today’s photo gallery takes us back to Uluwatu on the 6th and then Canggu on the 7th. Today the 8th I left the camera at home and threw my board in the car. You honestly can’t expect me to just prop up behind the lens every day right.
The last few days have only been pretty average for Bali standards. Wave height from Uluwatu to Canggu and even over on the East coast has only been in the 2-3 ft class or waist to head high. Throw in a few over head freak sets and that about sums it up. We were hoping to see a little more size today the 8th but it hasn’t turned up yet. This morning over on the East Coast surfing conditions were absolutely perfect with a light off shore wind, but only 1-3ft waves. No surfers in the water at out first surf location, then 7 surfers in the water at Keramas.
Weather wise where we have been around the island has been pretty darn good. Mostly just blue sky and warm to hot midday temperatures. Light and variable early morning wind before the ESE Tradewind has kicked in. Right now at 3.45pm the temp is on 31C with the Humidity at 74%. Wind direction is coming out of the ESE at 12-15knot
Tomorrows Surf Forecast is saying we can expect a small bump in wave height with a stronger 18 second period, so it will be interesting to see just how much swell we get tomorrow. Wind wise my guess is for a light and variable Northerly early then dedicating to the ESE by midday.
