As we mentioned the other day about posting some photos of some of the “Padma Street” locals. These one’s were shot over the last weekend just gone and feature a few of the groms a couple of the rippers and even a legend of the local. The waves on average were only in the waist to head high class but every now and then there was an over head set wave. Padma street truly is one of the most consistent and perfectly shaped sand bars along the Kuta / Legian strip of beach breaks. Next time your in town and the beachies are on make sure you drop up there with a friendly attitude and try it out.

Yesterday the 8th we were out most of the day on the road up the far West Coast to Balian. We scored some nice waves in the 2-4ft range with clear water and a light off shore wind that lasted through to around 9.30am. Photos to come. While today the 9th with the wind howling all night and still blowing hard at 5.00am this morning we through off our well made plans, if there was a light and variable wind that was. So instead we stealthed down to Balangan for an un crowded low tide dawn session. Wave height was a bit smaller than what we were hoping for but you know. It’s always better to surf with just a handful of friends than a crowd. Photos to follow.

Weather wise today here in Bali it’s been a dreary old day and pretty much over cast all day with rain along more of the West Coast . Right now at 3.45pm it’s still a warm 29C with the humidity at 83%. Wind direction is out of the ESE with gusts up to 30km/h

Tomorrow’s Surf Forecast is calling for similar sized waves as today with maybe a little hope of a slight bump if anything. More ESE wind but not quite as strong as today. Hopefully a little more sun shone to go with it.
